Machine Tool Reconditioners was a brainchild of Sri Umesh B Manjeshwar. He is a technical genius. He learnt the tricks of the trade from Hebitch Technical Training Institute, a premier technical training institute in Mangalore in the 1960’s. His decade-long association with M.I.C.O added further to the wealth of experience.
The organization was established in the year 1991. As the name suggests, repairing and reconditioning of machineries was the prime focus of the Organization. As years rolled by, the organization diversified its activities and ventured into Machining activities.
This transformational journey from a reconditioning unit to a full-fledged Engineering industry has been rewarding one. Today it has turned out to be a one stop shop when it comes to offering solution to technical problems.

Services Offered
Milling
We also possess Horizontal and Vertical milling machines enabling to perform various types of milling jobs
Cutting
Cutting and corner radius of Nickel , Titanium, Steel and Aluminum components is done with diameter ranging from 50 to 400mm
Turning
We undertake tuning of components up to 2 meter in diameter. The materials include Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel, Copper and Steel. There are conventional , geared and CNC Lathes as well
